Saptasur Music Academy Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us") provides music education services through various platforms including our official website, registration forms, WhatsApp communications, and physical locations. By accessing our digital platforms, registering for courses or events, making payments, or engaging in any form of communication with our representatives, you ("User", "Student", "Client") explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all associated policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and refrain from accessing our platforms. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure appropriate service delivery and legal compliance, we have established specific eligibility criteria for our users.

2.1. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to independently register for courses or make payments through our platforms. For individuals under 13 years, we require explicit consent and active supervision from a parent or legal guardian throughout the registration process and during service utilization.

2.2. Capacity to Contract

By using our services, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. For minors, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for all obligations under these terms.

3. Services Overview

We offer a comprehensive range of music education and related services designed to cater to diverse musical interests and skill levels.

Saptasur Music Academy provides a wide spectrum of music education and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Music Education Programs: Structured courses in various instruments and vocal training, available in both online and offline formats with flexible scheduling options
  • Workshops & Training: Specialized short-term workshops focusing on specific musical techniques, genres, or performance skills
  • Performance Events: Regularly organized concerts, recitals, and cultural events providing performance opportunities for students
  • Recording Studio Services: Professional recording, mixing, and mastering services in our fully equipped studio facility
  • Music Retail & Rental: Sales and rental of musical instruments, accessories, sheet music, and educational materials
  • Digital Platforms: Website-based course registrations, information portals, and WhatsApp-based communication channels

Service availability, specific schedules, faculty assignments, and pricing structures may vary based on operational requirements, seasonal demands, and resource availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to affected users.

4. Registration & Confirmation Process

The registration process is designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the Academy and our students.

4.1. Registration Completion

Course or event registration is considered formally confirmed only after successful receipt of full payment where applicable. Incomplete registrations or those pending payment will not guarantee seat reservation in our limited-capacity programs.

4.2. Confirmation Communication

Upon successful registration and payment, detailed confirmation including course specifics, schedule, faculty information, and payment receipt will be shared through designated communication channels—primarily WhatsApp, email, or other mutually agreed digital means.

4.3. Registration Modifications

The Company reserves the unequivocal right to decline, reschedule, or modify registrations due to operational considerations including batch availability constraints, faculty scheduling issues, minimum enrollment requirements, venue limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons.

5. Pricing Structure & Taxes

Our pricing is transparent and designed to reflect the value of our comprehensive music education services.

All service prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable statutory taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We maintain the right to revise pricing structures based on operational costs, faculty fees, material expenses, or market conditions. Such revisions will be communicated through our official channels with reasonable notice for ongoing programs.

6. Payment Terms & Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience while maintaining transparent financial transactions.

We accept payments through multiple secure channels to accommodate diverse preferences:

  • Digital Payments: Razorpay gateway supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
  • Traditional Methods: Cash payments or manual payment entries at our physical locations where applicable

Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and processing timelines are governed by Razorpay's published policies. The Company assumes no responsibility for payment failures, delays, or issues arising from banking network problems, third-party service provider limitations, technical infrastructure constraints, or user-side errors in payment processing.

7. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment is fundamental to our educational philosophy.

Users are required to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during all registration and communication processes
  • Maintain respectful, professional conduct toward faculty members, administrative staff, fellow students, and venue personnel
  • Safeguard their account credentials and immediately report any suspected unauthorized access
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior, misuse of facilities, fraudulent transactions, or any activities that compromise service integrity
  • Adhere to scheduled timings, venue rules, and equipment handling guidelines

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without refund, at the sole discretion of the Academy management.

8. WhatsApp Communication Policy

We use WhatsApp as a primary communication channel for efficient service delivery while respecting your communication preferences.

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive the following types of WhatsApp communications:

  • Registration confirmations and detailed enrollment information
  • Class schedules, workshop details, and event updates
  • Payment receipts, renewal reminders, and financial notifications
  • Important service announcements, schedule changes, or emergency updates
  • Educational content, practice materials, and learning resources

We maintain a strict policy against unsolicited promotional messaging. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by submitting a written request, though service-critical messages will continue to ensure proper service delivery.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Protecting our creative assets and educational materials is essential to maintaining our service quality.

All intellectual property associated with Saptasur Music Academy remains our exclusive property. This comprehensive protection includes but is not limited to:

  • Website content, design elements, and digital architecture
  • Branding elements including logos, color schemes, and typography
  • Original course materials, curriculum structures, and teaching methodologies
  • Photographic, video, and audio content produced by the Academy
  • Educational resources, practice materials, and assessment tools

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any protected materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence in service delivery while acknowledging practical limitations in certain circumstances.

The Company's liability is expressly limited in the following circumstances:

  • Service delays or interruptions caused by technical infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events
  • Payment gateway downtime, banking network issues, or financial processing delays
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use
  • User-generated content issues or third-party claims related to user activities

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim, regardless of form, shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra. Users agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objections to venue or forum non conveniens.
